  • How many pushups should I do in a day for optimal results?

I know that I haven't worked out in a long time. I'm pretty old now, I get winded just going up the steps. Back when I was younger I could do 6 sets of wide-arm pull-ups, with about 30 a set. I have lost a lot of strength since then.

I hear you man and at the same time, I hate to hear that. Cause I feel like I'll be right there with you. I've been trying to fight to b. E as healthy as possible. But I'm just having the hardest time of economically repositioning myself and then s*** just getting worse. Some how keep running into snakes and users. Which constantly keeps me in the state with high cortisol level, never able to relax and rest. Thus early death. But to the topic I essentially just try to do as many as I can. Since I work from home, I literally if I'm not on a call, I'll just get up and just be doing them on the side of my chair or something. So I can be able to be talking while I'm doing it, but definitely, yes, I often don't feel like it. Don't have the energy. The extra energy that would normally make me feel like I need to do something physical. And I know that's just coming from my environment. High course, all levels, food or something causing people to have a high mucus. That's just a setup to kill you slowly, because you can literally choke in your sleep. If you have high mucus all the time.
