This has been an old problem for a while for the last decade. They have improved but there's still more work to be done . Over the years the build quality of Tesla's have been very bad for the number of years for the service department. A simple bump on your vehicle would take months to prepare. That's why I'm very wary of purchasing a Tesla not because of how reliable it is but it's customer service when it comes to maintenance.
