This country is going backwards. They are trying to get rid of everything that give blacks equal ground in this society. Without it, watch what happens to the workforce if whites are allowed to pick the most "qualified" i.e, White, person for the job. Blacks are going to suffer because of this. For some reason, this damn country won't' give black people any out from being at the bottom. They don't want to pay reparations, they don't want you to get a good job. What in the hell do they expect blacks to do?
