I have been living in California since 1997, and, I am going to be honest, I wish that I would have left a long time ago. It was a living hell living out here as a young black man. California is supposed to be a liberal place. But, it wasn't really liberal at all. I have went through everything living out here, to the point where I may as well stay. All of the terrible stuff is behind me, and I am much older person now. If it wasn't for the great weather in the Bay Area, I would have left California a long time ago.
