I got rid of the other forms of payment, because they don't work anyway. You can only donate using Paypal.

I added a new donate method that is an alternative to Paypal. It's called Stripe. You can get to it the same way you go to donate through Paypal. To donate, go to your user name, hit User Settings, hit Subscriptions, and click on Donate. Click on the third option if you want to have recurring donations, or the 4th option if you want to only donate one time.
