The problem with that list is that it's just a list of jobs.
It doesn't state what you have to do to obtain those positions.
How many certs or what certs does one need to become an IT manager?
What level of post secondary education is needed to become a financial analyst or construction manager?
When things are broken down like "oh, you just need 1 IT cert then you are in the door" or "it's a 2 year program" then it's digestible and more feasible.
