Man, California is always doing some weird stuff. Non-U.S. Citizens can become police officers? I guess they will be hiring a whole lot of Mexican cops then; which is the last thing blacks need. I just hope that California runs us our Reparations. However, I am not holding my breath though.

So the person got about $I000 loan off me so far only visited California a few times, I thought it was dope, but it does seem like the controller's there be doing too much or too little on each issue as if it's on purpose. Seems like thats this country's expirement state, the results from there determines if something gets rolled out elsewhere across the country.
