The 90s sampled a lot of music from the 70s and early 80s.
It was bc of those samples and covers I gained an appreciation for that music.
That's why I chose the funk era.Comment

Born in 81 but 70s and 80s. To me everybody kind of transitioned at the same time. It's like in the 80's a lot them figured out how to handle their trip and not just be a passenger, but able to construct a tour and take you on one. This happened because were depressed and still going through it as whole--> Soul/mowtow era 1960s-1970sComment
