I was browsing my facebook, when I found out that a friend of mine is no longer with us. I am sad to hear it. He was a great guy, and fun to be around. I am also shocked to hear it. He was a health guru. He cared a whole lot about being healthy. I had some memorable times with that guy. Anusha Amen-Ra, you were a great guy. I enjoyed hanging around you. R.I.P. my friend.
