To send more of their people over to have more of them integrate and got moved up quicker through the US system to get to places/positions in industries of use/power to them. They do think like on that on some stuff. Alright end of my conspiracy thought.

I agree and so does the US Government. They have policies in place bc of foreign espionage.

But what is interesting is that they used the same lawyer as the UT case which he lost. This shows this is premeditated effort in which white people are using Asians as a "wedge" for white supremacy with the model minority concept.

Affirmative Action was driven from a Republicans attempt to even the playing field for Black people specifically.

This case is just drawing attention to that fact. The SCOTUS used Black people who were descendants of enslaved people as an example for several rebuttals.
