I understand cops have a hard job. But, it seems like they always seem to use deadly force; even when the circumstance doesn't warrant it. They use deadly force on people in wheel chairs. Especially, when the person is black.

If Joe was serious, he'd abolish qualified immunity. Until then, his words won't mean a damn thing.
