Memphis councilman breaks down in tears over bodycam footage of the beating of Tyre Nichols: 'This wasn't supposed to happen'.
It trips me out that the cops that beat him to death were all black. I'm not sure what they were thinking, but they are probably going to go to jail. You can imagine how much this type of stuff happened before the age of social media.
