    I remember when Facebook first came out years ago. It has declined a whole lot since then. I don't really go on Facebook that much.
    Meta has reported its third consecutive quarter of declining sales -- but shares of the company surged higher as it beat Wall Street expectations and announced a massive stock buyback.
