    It looks like California is the place where everything takes off first, then it spreads eastward across the country.
    A new bill would limit pretextual traffic stops and let cities use unarmed employees instead. It'll never pass without activists like Patrisse Cullors.

    It's sad it has to be a law. California does produce a lot of influential lawmakers from both sides of the aisle but I would not move back there unless I was rich. Too many immigrants and third world mentalities for me
