It's good to see black people building their own neighborhoods to live in. Every other group does this. However, when black folks do it, everybody wants to cry foul. These same people don't want black people in their neighborhoods. I know how it is when you are going through a majority-white city. When I was young, I used to trip out at the grimaces many whites and non-blacks have on encountering a black person anywhere out of Oakland.
