This is pretty messed up. I am not sure what to think. They said that he had cocaine and a chemical contained in marijuana in his system. However, the police used the taser repeatedly over and over again. I say that the police were at fault. The autopsy determined that it was a homicide. I hope that the officers get charged and fired.
