    I don't know if I read this article right. However, it seems like white people are complaining about being looked over for jobs. They are now experiencing how minorities feel; especially, black people. White people don't like to be deprived at all. If they even feel like they are being deprived, even a little bit, they will complain. They don't want others to treat them like they treat people of color.
