    That bill needed to be passed decades ago. I understand in government things need to take time for bills to be passed, But slavery ended in
    America in 1865, the
    civil rights movement started before to mid 50s. I can go on. When it comes to humanity it should not take this long to say no to lynching black people. Full stop.
