    What do y'all think about this? Personally, I am glad California is doing this. Many of these blacks from other places don't like black Americans anyway. At least, that was my experience since I have lived here. I have lived side-by-side with Africans and other non-black American blacks. I didn't like how I was treated by them. Many of them don't see us as their brethren. Other states need to follow suit.
    Advocates say the data disaggregation will help identify and address long-held inequities within Black communities.

    It's not really about how they. They're not entitled to the claim because of melanin and similar facial features.

    This is a lineage claim. And that's why the state is invested
