Biden to seek $47 billion more for Ukraine and other public emergencies.

When I first read the title, I was thinking that Biden was trying to get 47 billion dollars for the war in Ukraine. Then, I read the article. I guess he is trying to get 47 billion dollars for various types emergencies. Sometimes, I wonder where the U.S. gets all of this money from.
