Man, that's tragic. She had both of her arms ripped off by pitbulls. I have been hearing about a whole lot of dog attacks lately.

Kyleen Waltman, 38, was arrested earlier this week in Abbeville, South Carolina, after police performed a traffic stop on one of her friends. They found the drugs in her purse and pockets.
