Why am I not surprised? When I first got out of college with my Computer Science degree, I know that I had to put out a 1000 applications, and once they found out that I was black, they didn't want to hire me at all. My Asian and Arab friend both got jobs almost right out of school. They don't want to see black men getting those tech jobs. Hell, maybe black people; male and female.
