Can America still lecture basic human rights to the world?

I have find it very interesting when America tries to lecture other countries about there basic human right in the UN. What remains very true is sitmatic racism is alive and well in America in a forms like banking, social justice, jobs , health care and many more. Now if you're a News agency from across the world, how would you view America's polices?

A very well done presentation. America lectures based on power not agreement nor kindness nor righteousness. America sets its own rules and follows them or breaks them, who will stop it?

I'm also trying to figure out what the poster meant by "sitmatic racism" is it systemic racism?
