Is this Poety...... ,Truth or Propaganda?- Facebook post

At First I thought I would be able to post this video. Its very well spoken poetry title on "WHITE PRIVILEGE SPELLED OUT". Later I found out that this is advertised on Facebook as a state run media from Russia. Why would facebook warn the public on this video being state sponsored? Then it hit me... is it possible that facebook marks videos or post like this that talk about black social issues in America or other places are considered none Western influenced? and more Eastern propaganda? My only opinion on this is, why social media companies play games with Black Social and economic issues like a chess game on a board? Its just a thought. Take your time and decide for yourself.
