The speck in our eyes
This man is correct. Our outside work doesn't work because our inside work is incomplete. What I've noticed is that Black people tend to only find connection in pain and suffering. Our wins are celebrated but we don't see these as collective wins, and in many cases they aren't. I believe that nothing will happen until we can build a community of ADOS who collaborate and organize. But also, check this man out. The Black Voice
