Why are stolen African artifacts still in Western museums?

The host of this video describes the cultural genocide of Africa when the purging in colonization has resulted in the Looting of all ancient African artifacts that have been connected to the majority of our culture. It's our history it's our culture and we must be able to return it to our African brothers and sisters . Please take a look.
