For some reason, Mexicans are in a neverending war against blacks. Many of them become extremely jealous when blacks get things that they don't get. They always whine "What about us?" Most of them don't even like black people. It was no fun growing up in Cali surrounded by other anti-black ethnic groups. People want black people to be a permanent underclass. I'm sorry, but we are OWED reparations. Not just for what our ancestors went through, but from what we CONTINUE to go through. I know that I went through a lot of racism when I was a young black man that severely ruined my life. If you are a black man, everybody entertains notions of being ABOVE you.
