2.4GHz vs 5GHz: Which band should you use for your home WiFi?

Hmmm...Now, I see the difference between 2.4 GHZ band and 5 GHZ band. I guess you use 2.4 GHZ when you are trying to have the signal travel longer distances. However, it's slower. With 5 GHZ band, you have a stronger signal, but it can't travel as far.
