This whole thing is like someone is seeing who (which country) is going to go down first. The players are only America, Russia, China. China is going through the flooding, along with their people getting fed up. Russia is literally being attacked on their soil. America resources(money) be bled off in different ways. Flood the country with people, have it funding a war and defending the beginning of one on another stage. Causing chaos and fear within the country. So the people that generate the money is weak or under fear too. I could be over thinking it, but why wouldn't China or whoever think this way.
