You see how Africa cont. is not included in any of that. Which is fine, but that means they have to find another way to have a say so on the world stage. We are not considered a problem because they don't have a big "guns". To me okay that's fine, then like some countries I have took major steps to attempt be able survive it. Africa should be the hardest/hardened nation on the block then.
